FORCE MAJEURE
Events outside of United Shape’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decisions that affect the market and product negatively. In such instances, United Shapes will be released from all obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.
PURCHASE CONTRACT
The products listed on our online store do not represent a legally binding offer but rather an in-line catalogue from the brand United Shapes. By placing your order at checkout, you are placing a binding offer for the goods within your shopping basket. Following payment, the email confirmation from United Shapes represents the acceptance of the contract.
If we cannot fulfil the agreed order, we will contact you immediately and you will be offered an alternate product(s) of equal or higher value. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund instead.
PAYMENT
All products remain the property of United Shapes until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 16 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognised before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, an exchange for a product(s) of equal or higher value will be offered, alternatively the customer may opt for a full refund instead.
All payments made on unitedshapes.com are handled by third party dedicated gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All payment information is handled over SSL encryption. For more information, please read the Terms & Conditions of our provider, Stripe.
CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by following the link in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you may contact us to cancel your order with a member of our team. Please note, once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order. If you wish to pursue the cancellation you may return your order in exchange for a refund, please see refund section below for more detail.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If we cannot fulfil the agreed order, we will contact you immediately and you will be offered an alternate product(s) of equal or higher value. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund instead.
If you have received your order and wish to return it, you may do so by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order. All goods returned must be in the original packaging and in the same conditions as delivered. Once we have received the returned goods, the refund will be processed, it may take up to 14 working days for the money to show in the customers bank account.

LOCAL TAXES
For all shipping destinations, we ensure that sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sale price. Local charges (i.e. customs duty, etc.) may apply however, depending on your region, and these additional charges are at your own expense.

However, we do not warrant that this information is error-free. If you notice an error or are left displeased upon receipt, we encourage you to contact us and are permitted to complete a return, if the product is unused.
DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time we may offer discount codes for use on unitedshapes.com. Unless otherwise stated, Discount codes can only be used on full price items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute shall be settled in accordance with Swiss law to the exclusion of any international convention.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Canton of Valais, Switzerland, an appeal to the Federal Court being reserved.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
United Shapes reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, United Shapes has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
